Jambojet Limited is a Kenyan low-cost airline. Its headquarters are based in Nairobi, Kenya and is a Subsidiary of Kenya Airways.
Using JamboJet website is the easiest way to book your Jambojet flights online. To book your flights using JamboJet website successfully follow the step- by step guide below:
>>Check availability
- Visit jambojet.com
- Enter the location you would like to travel from
- Enter your destination
- Select your travel dates (for one way travel skip entering return travel dates. For a return trip, select the preferred return travel date).
- Select the number of passengers. Click confirm.
- Select your preferred currency i.e. Kenyan shillings or US Dollars. Click search to check availability.
>Select Flights
- Select your preferred flights – all the available fares on your chosen travel dates will appear on the screen. Select your preferred flight by clicking the button beside the price.
- Select your return flight i.e. where applicable
- Review and accept the terms & conditions
- Passenger details
- Enter all required details for the passengers travelling on your booking
- Enter the passenger(s) birthday or ID/Passport number
- Select your baggage allocation
- Click continue to proceed to the next step of your booking.

- You can select your preferred seats for you and every passenger in your booking for a fee.
- Click continue to proceed to the next step of your booking.
>>Contact Details
- Enter your contact details as well as those of any passengers travelling on your booking.
>>Review & Pay
- Select your preferred mode of payment
- Click on Purchase to finalize your transaction

Jambojet Paybill Number
If you want to pay Jambojet via paybill number, follow the simple steps below:
- On your phone, open your Mpesa menu.
- Tap on Lipa na Mpesa
- Next select Paybill
- Enter 737700 as the Jambojet Paybill Number
- Enter your booking reference as the account number
- Follow the rest of the options on the M-pesa menu.
- Enter your Jambojet Mpesa PIN and confirm the Jambojet payment.
- You will receive a confirmation SMS from Mpesa and Jambojet for the transaction
- You will then receive a text message and a booking reservation via email once the payment is done.
