How to deposit funds to NCBA loop account from M-Pesa
- Open the M-Pesa menu on your phone. You can also use the Safaricom App or the M-Pesa App
- Open the lipa na M-Pesa Option and select Paybill
- In the business number option, type in the NCBA loop Paybill Number which is 714777
- Proceed to the account number. Type in Your NCBA account number i.e., the phone number you used to register the account with
- Next, key in the amount of cash that you wish to transfer from your M-Pesa to your NCBA Loop account.
- Key in your M-Pesa pin Number
- Confirm if the details typed are correct or not. If it’s okay then proceed and if not go back and rectify.
Once the transfer is successful, you will receive a notification message from both loop and M-Pesa showing the transfer details. Once the money is in your loop account, you can easily repay your debt using the simple guideline given below:

- Select loans
- Click repay loans Enter the amount you wish to pay
- Next, proceed with procedure filling in the required information.
- Upon the payment NCBA will notify you that the repayment of the loan was successful
