The East Africa Institute of certified studies Application form is open to all qualified applicants from all parts of the country. Potential students may apply to any of the undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma and certificate courses at any time.

The application form should be typed or completed in block letters and returned to the respective campuses.

Before you apply, please make sure you have paid the Application Fees of Ksh. 1,000 to the following account;

How to Make Payment via M-Pesa

• Go to M-Pesa menu on your phone, select “Lipa na M-Pesa”
• Select Paybill option
• Select Enter business no
• Enter the 400200 as business number and press OK
• Enter the equip Africa institute account number 01143558232700 and press OK
• Enter amount to deposit
• Enter your M-Pesa Pin and pressOK
• Confirm all the details are correct and press “OK”
• You will receive a verification popup from M-Pesa
• You will receive a confirmation SMS from M-Pesa immediately.
• Co-op Bank will then send you a confirmation SMS of the deposit.

Equip Africa institute Admission Letters

Candidates who have been admitted to East Africa Institute can download their admission letters from the student portal. The admission letter indicates that you have been offered provisional admission into any program in the institute.

It contains information about the school offered admission, the course you are pursuing and the duration of the course. In general, everything you need to know about the admission.

Admission Process

1. Submission of College Application- Fill out and submit your application form and supporting documentation online or in person at our admissions office.
2. Documents Verification- Authentication of academic and identification documents submitted.
3. Application Review– The application is compared to the course entry requirements that have been selected.
4. Admission Decision Communication– For the final admissions process, please report to and meet with the admissions officer.

Equip Africa Institute Hostels

Student accommodation is an integral part of their studies. That is why Equip Africa Institute is committed to ensuring that their students enjoy their stay in the institution. They therefore provide affordable, spacious, clean and well-maintained hostels in their branches, which are located closely to their campuses making it easy for students to commute to and from their classes.

Equip Africa Hostels are equipped with modern facilities such as; Hot showers, Color TVs, 24 hourly security, free WIFI, clean spacious rooms with lockers and cabinets, free eating and reading space. Students not only stay in a wonderful place but also get complimentary breakfast and supper from Monday to Friday. Lunch is also provided on weekends and Public Holidays.
