How to Increase Fuliza Limit immediately
Fuliza is a short-term loan service that is accessed by Safaricom subscribers only. To access the Fuliza loan service, you must be an active frequent user of Safaricom services and also a frequent user of M-Pesa Safaricom services.
You must also have used the Safaricom SIM card for a period of six months and above.
Below are the criteria that you can use to increase your Fuliza loan limit immediately.
- First, ensure that you are an active user of the Safaricom M-Pesa service. Make sure you make frequent M-Pesa transactions.
- Second, make sure you repay your loan on time. Always repay your Fuliza loans on time to make sure that your loan limit continues to increase.
Note: If you fail to repay your Fuliza loan limit within a period of 30 days, you are disqualified from accessing the loan limit for a certain period of time, and to access the loan limit again, you must repay the loan 100%, together with any penalties and interest applicable.
3. Thirdly, if you are an active user of Fuliza services and you wish to increase your loan limit, try to opt out of the service, then again, opt in to the service. This is just a trial-and-error method, and through the process, your loan limit may increase, or at other times, it fails to increase.
How you can deregister from Fuliza Loan Services
This is your opt-out of the Fuliza services.
- On your SIM dial pad, dial *234#.
- Select 0 Fuliza M-Pesa
- then select Opt Out.

How many accounts can I hold for Fuliza M-Pesa services?
Every M-Pesa-registered line will be treated as a different account. Each mobile number will qualify for Fuliza M-Pesa and will be awarded a limit. This limit will be reviewed every 3 months, depending on your usage.
Can I withdraw money from Fuliza?
Yes. You can withdraw funds from an M-Pesa agent using Fuliza M-Pesa.
How will I repay my Fuliza M-Pesa?
Any funds received or deposited in your M-Pesa account will automatically be used to clear your outstanding Fuliza M-Pesa.
Will I get my money reversed if I send/pay to a wrong number or bill and had used Fuliza M-Pesa?
The M-Pesa reversal process applies as long as the recipient has not utilized the funds. You can also initiate reversal by sending the M-Pesa SMS to 456
NB: Transactional charges will not be reversed.
Are there any penalties for late repayment?
You will not have access to your Fuliza M-Pesa limit if you have any unpaid balance after day 30. This will, however, be restored upon full repayment of your Fuliza balance.
