- Visit the KPLC website kplc.co.ke
- Open the tab My Bill which will redirect you to another tab where you might be required to enter your details to create a KPLC online account.
- However, this is optional. If you don’t intend to create an account, just go ahead and click the first tab on your right-hand side Bill/Meter Query

Below is how to troubleshoot the con fail problem.
The error occurs while trying to recharge tokens on a token meter that goes on and off and turns blank when tokens are over.
Once the token meter displays the configuration error con-fail unplug the socket and plug it again. This should clear the error of the token meter and display as usual.
If your token meter is not mounted on the wall and the problem persists, carry the meter token and the socket plug cable to the neighbor’s house to troubleshoot. Plug the cable in the token meter and the power socket. The meter should automatically read.
Recharge your meter and automatically your house will be connected to power once you have recharged the tokens.
In addition to that here is some general information, when your meter is plugged on the wall, make sure the token meter wire is well connected to the power adapter.
If the wires are lose you can easily fix them in their right position and your meter will display as required.
