miLife Insurance Products, Claims, Portal Login, and Contacts

miLife Insurance is a Ghanaian company that deals with insurance and savings products. It has been in existence since 2005 to date and during this period it has grown significantly.

During its early days, it was known as CDH life assurance and it was the 17th life assurance company to receive a license from the National Insurance Commission (NIC).

To reach a high number of customers, miLife Insurance has over 400 retail agencies. It has also incorporated mobile technology to its operations to make work easy and reduce costs. Below is a review of the products that miLife Insurance deals with and how to access these products.

miTribute

This option is a funeral plan, which ensures you give your loved one a befitting send off. If a family member, who’s covered in the policy, dies, you’ll receive cash to cover all the funeral expenses.

You must be aged between 18 and 54 years to buy this policy, and the covered family member must not be aged above 74 years. GH₵ 2,000 is the minimum amount of cover you can acquire for yourself or a loved one, with GH₵ 30,000 being the maximum amount. For kids, the maximum cover is half of what you’ve selected.

miLegacy

In the event that you die, get diagnosed with a critical illness, or go through something that leaves you with a permanent disability, you want your family to have the finances to sustain their livelihood.

You should consider miLegacy as an insurance product, as it will ensure that your dependents are covered financially in case any of the unfortunate events occur. To buy this policy, you should be aged between 18 and 58 years. Note that the death cover is a lifetime one, while the illness and disability covers end at 60 years.
